Three kilograms of suspected cocaine were found on Friday in a shipment from Puerto Rico in what police called a 'large-scale Massachusetts drug trafficking enterprise,' according to Massachusetts State Police. The investigation was led by the Massachusetts State Police and the United States Postal Inspectors. Authorities found the cocaine after executing a search warrant on the parcel after it was delivered to Stephen Marsden, 35 of Quincy, officials said. Marsden was arrested and transported to the State Police-South Boston Barracks for booking.
